TECHNICAL DIVING Technical Diving is a far cry from the diving done by enthusiastic open water SCUBA divers. Technical diving does not only encompass mixed gas diving but also the very high intensity training. Experience however, is the best teacher. Familiarising the diver with extreme diving conditions will enable him or her to successfully complete more demanding dives with no incident. Diving gear and the way it is set up is important in assisting the diver to minimise accidents. New technology and training available makes diving safer and minimises risks.
